About CEO

Engr. A.R. Faisal Khalili is Founder & CEO of MATCOV® Engineering & Management Pvt. Ltd. since 2011. Before establishing the company, he was Head of Premises & Infrastructure at NIB Bank Ltd., he also served as Head of Building Project at NIB Bank Ltd. Before this, he was the Head of Premises at Faysal Bank Ltd., in these two banks he expanded the branch networks many folds, formulated policies, managed constructions, designing, renovation related activities, budgeting, analysis, R&D, etc. Previous to his works at banks, he was a Design Engineer (Highways) at Osmani & Co. (Pvt.) Ltd., where he designed Badin-Mithi Highway, Road Network of SITE-II, etc. Prior, he started his career by serving Paragon Constructors (Pvt.) Ltd. as Asst. Planning Engineer.

Engr. Faisal Khalili earned his M.E. degree in Transportation and Construction Management, B.E. degree in Civil Engineering, both from NED University of Engineering & Technology, Karachi. Also, he earned many Post Graduate Certificates, got diversified Trainings and attended relevant Workshops. He believes in evolution and continuous up-gradation of himself and his work methodology by learning and adopting all latest methods, techniques, technology and tools.
